Are the most expensive restaurants in the world worth their price tags?

From the most expensive watches such as Rolex to the most expensive restaurants such as Essex House in North America, they are simply not worth their price tags. We have to realize things that make these restaurants so expensive and why they still continue to be in business.

As you all know that there are plenty of billionaires and millionaires in this world, with most coming from countries such as U.S.A, Canada, and countries in Europe. It is not surprising that the most expensive restaurants are also found in these countries.

Considering everything that a restaurant offers and how much it costs us is one way of making sure we don’t get “ripped off”. What exactly does a restaurant provide? The cheapest small room restaurant with a couple of chairs and a table provides food to the customers, and the most expensive restaurant also provides food to the customer with other luxuries such as music, fine dining, fast serving of food, bars, expensive wines, and an artistic interior.

Once in a while we all like to go to a place with all these luxuries, but how much more are we willing to pay for it? An average dinner should cost us somewhere between $8 to $20 per person. If you choose to go to the more expensive, then the price per person could reach as high as $40-$60 per adult.

The most expensive restaurant in U.S. costs $200 per adult without wine. This means that with wine, the average could come to as close as $300/person. Remember that this is the average which means that heavy meals and some of the better wines could make your family dinner as much as $1600 per family.

Is this really worth the luxuries the restaurant provides? Here are some of the luxuries you get for a hefty price of $200 per person:

- Cozy interior making you feel peaceful

- Oldest and most expensive wines are offered (If you pay another thousand dollars that is)

- Food is served in less than 15 minutes

- The food is regularly checked for quality and the quantity of each meal is measured to perfection.

These are some of the luxuries on of the most expensive restaurants promises to fulfill. After you evaluate them, is it really worth the price? How better of a food quality could the most expensive restaurant in the world have?

Are we willing to sacrifice one grand to take our family to a place where a meal starts at $150 and goes up to as high as $600. Why do these restaurants still continue to flourish
